INGREDIENTS

Fresh Peaches Red Onion Apple Ground Ginger Fresh Ginger Cinnamon Cardamom Pods

Aniseed Turmeric Coriander Seeds Black Pepper Pods Red Chile White Vinegar Light Brown Sugar

Peel, core and chop the peaches and the apple. Finely chop the onion and add to saucepan with sugar, vinegar, and spices and bring to a boil.

PREP THE FRUIT & VEG

Add the sugar, vinegar, and spices and bring to a boil.

ADD BROWN SUGAR

Lower the heat until the mixture is simmering.

SIMMER

Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the liquid is reduced and the mixture is of a marmalade consistency.

COOK

Let cool & keep refrigerated.

SERVE

If not using immediately store in sterilized jars while still hot. Don't forget to label them.
