Pat the cookie crumb crust mixture and bake for 10 minutes

Ingredients at room temperature. Mix both cheeses until smooth.

Add sugar and mix well

Add eggs all at once and incorporate well without beating; add vanilla

Mix thoroughly until  lump-free and very smooth

Pour into the prepared pan

Bake in a preheated oven following instructions in the recipe

Cool as directed in the recipe for a perfect cheesecake

It keeps in the refrigerator for a week or frozen for up to a month
