So, here is my personal baking/cooking conversion tables. Because I measured and weighed each item that I’m listing below.
I live in Buenos Aires so I use the metric system. That led me to start converting (decades ago) recipes from the US which were in cups and oz.
In time I became an expert. I know most of the conversions by heart and, very important also, I know when a conversion is not right. Because it’ll probably ruin the whole recipe.
