Spinach, Lemon and Pine Nut Pesto - a guest post at Hip Foodie Mom

Oh, the wonders and versatility of pesto.
Spinach, Lemon and Pine Nut Pesto
Today I'm sharing a spur-of-the-moment spinach lemon pine nut pesto with my wonderful friend Alice, from Hip Foodie Mom, and her readers.
She's got her plate more than full these coming weeks, from caring for her mother after a surgery to moving to another state, while being mom to two darlings and trying to juggle her everyday life.
But right now she's on a much deserved vacation in Puerto Vallarta, sipping margaritas and doing absolutely nothing. Good for her.
So, I'm guest posting this pesto which I made with whole wheat pasta, all very rustic and comforting.
Pesto is my middle name some weeks, I literally smother everything with it and call it a meal.
Here's the recipe over at hip foodie mom. Say hi to Alice, and enjoy all the goodies she posts.
