INGREDIENTS

COOKIE BASE Chocolate Wafers | Unsalted Butter CREAM CHEESE FILLING Cream Cheese | Brown Sugar Semi-Sweet Chocolate | Sugar Eggs | Vanilla Extract Butter | Double Cream Bailey's Irish Cream Liquer TOPPING Sour Cream | Bailey's DRIZZLE Semisweet Chocolate  Whipping Cream

Mix ground up cookies with melted butter. Press into springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Let cool on wire rack.

WET INGREDIENTS

COOKIE CRUST

Mix the filling according to directions. Pour into a prepared pan.  Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, turn the oven down to 280ºF and bake for another 40-45 minutes.  Cool as directed.

FILLING

In a bowl, mix sour cream and baileys.  Spread over cheesecake while it is still warm. Chill cheesecake for 8-24 hours.

TOPPING

Melt chocolate and cream in the microwave until smooth.  Drizzle over cheesecake before serving.
