– Ricotta – Eggs – Sugar – Flour – Salt – Orange – Vanilla
Separate eggs: yolks with the ricotta, whites in clean bowl.
Add half the sugar and flour to the ricotta mixture.
The rest of the sugar is beaten with the egg whites.
You should have creamy, medium peaks.
Add in two parts to the ricotta batter mixing lightly to incorporate.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake as directed in the recipe.
Flavor it with orange, lemon, or a mix of citrus.
