Strawberry Pie with Jello

With a flaky crust, a sweet, well-balanced filling and lots of flavor, it keeps well for several days.

Ingredients:

Fresh strawberries Sugar Strawberry Jello Cornstarch Lemon juice Pie crust Whipped cream

Bake the pie crust or use a store bought crust.

Wash the strawberries and put them in a bowl with the sugar.

Drain the strawberry juice, add half the water and jello powder.

Combine remaining water and cornstarch in saucepan. Add gelatin and cook.

Place in ice water bowl and whisk constantly  to cool down.

Add strawberries to the crust and top with gelatin mixture.
