QUICK & EASY BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE
Quick & Easy Blueberry Crumble
For the filling: scatter blueberries in a dish & sprinkle with sugar and lemon zest.
Add lemon juice and mix.
For the crumble: mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add cold butter and start to integrate with your hands or a pastry cutter.
It's ready when the butter is roughly, the size of peas.
Add the crumble topping to the blueberries.
Bake as directed until golden and bubbly.
Eat warm, plain or with some whipped cream or scoop of ice cream.
