– Cookie crumb crust – Cream cheese – Sugar – Sour cream – Cream – Vanilla
You need a graham cracker crust, ideally homemade, but purchased also works.
Combine room temperature cream cheese with sugar until well mixed.
Add eggs all at once and combine very well but don't beat so you don't incorporate air.
The rest of the ingredients are added at room temperature and stirred into the cheese mixture.
Choose a pie dish that you like to take to the table as the pie is not removed from the pan.
Bake as directed. The center will be very jiggly. Cool down completely and refrigerate.
Serve plain or with your favorite berry topping, fresh fruit, caramel, or chocolate sauce.
