The BEST Cheesecake Pie 

Very easy recipe

You get more  crust and less filling than with a regular cheesecake and it's fantastic!

EASY BAKED CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS

Cookie crumb crust Cream cheese Sugar Sour cream Cream Vanilla

You need a graham cracker crust, ideally homemade, but purchased also works. 

PIE CRUST

Combine room temperature cream cheese with sugar until well mixed.

THE FILLING

Add eggs all at once and combine very well but don't beat so you don't incorporate air. 

DON'T BEAT

The rest of the ingredients are added at room temperature and stirred into the cheese mixture.

STIR TO COMBINE

Choose a pie dish that you like to take to the table as the pie is not removed from the pan.

PIE PLATE

Bake as directed. The center will be very jiggly. Cool down completely and refrigerate.

BAKING

Serve plain or with your favorite berry topping, fresh fruit, caramel, or chocolate sauce.
