INGREDIENTS

Cream cheese Condensed milk Heavy cream Lemon zest and juice Vanilla extract Fresh or frozen raspberries Graham crackers

Beat the cream cheese with cream until smooth and thick. Add condensed milk and beat until creamy.  Add the lemon zest, juice, and vanilla. Mix until well integrated.

WET INGREDIENTS

LEMON CREAM

If using individual glasses, put a few berries in the bottom and a layer of cookie crumbs. Spoon the lemon cream cheese mixture on top.

INDIVIDUAL GLASSES

Alternate layers of cookies with the lemon cream, like you would in a lasagna.  You can put berries in between or add them when serving the dessert.

SERVING DISH

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Serve cold and top with additional berries right before serving.
