– Peaches – Yogurt – Brown sugar – Cornstarch – Flour – Salt – Lemon juice – Cinnamon (optional) – Ginger (optional)
Scatter peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Combine *just* until no dry spots remain. Don't overmix.
Drop mounds on top of the peaches, leaving space between them.
Bake as directed in the recipe instructions.
Let cool. You can serve it plain, at room temperature.
Or warm, with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
