Fudgy Homemade Brownies

Melt butter with chococlate pieces.

Beat sugars with eggs in a bowl until frothy.

Add melted chocolate and mix until incorporated.

Sift flour, salt, and cocoa in 2 parts and mix well.

I sift the cocoa powder to dissolve the granules that are hard to incorporate by hand.

Add flavorings and mix well.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake as directed.

Cool completely before ccutting. I like them better the next day.

I top them with chocolate and dulce de leche sauces, and sometimes sprinkle walnuts.

Very decadent, fudgy, homemade brownies!
