Rosemary GARLIC STEAK

Steak at room temperature  (sirloin, rib eye)  + white wine or water

Chop rosemary with garlic  and salt.

Melt butter over medium/high heat  and add steak

SEAR  the meat

TURN IT OVER

Half way through, turn over to cook evenly

Add a  SPLASH OF WINE (or water)

RESTING TIME 

Wait 5 minutes before cutting to allow the juices to redistribute
