Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes

All Purpose Flour
Beat butter and sugar then add eggs. Sift in dry ingredients and add milk to create the batter.
MAKE THE CAKE
Scoop the batter into prepared muffin tins. Then bake for about 30 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack before filling & frosting.
BAKE THE CAKE
Scoop the center of each cupcake (a melon baller is good for this.) Fill with strawberries, mounding a little.
FOR THE FILLING
Pipe whipped cream on top, covering the berries completely. Try with one cupcake to see how many strawberries it can hold.
FOR THE FROSTING
Top with a strawberry if desired & serve
