It's a very simple dough with cornstarch and a great flavor
Soft and easy to work with, all you need is a bowl and a spatula
Refrigerate it until it's firm enough to roll easily
I recommend using small or medium round cookie cutters
Bake as directed on a parchment-lined baking sheet
The cookies will be puffy and slightly crackled
Have ready dulce de leche and shredded coconut
Put a dollop of the milk jam on the flat side of a cookie
Top with another cookie and roll in unsweetened coconut
They are crumbly and sweet and plain amazing!
