Whisk together eggs and sugars in a large bowl.

Add the oil in a thin stream as you continue whisking. Incorporate it well.

Stir in the sifted dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda).

Add the grated zucchini and chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.

Mix just until incorporated. Don't over-mix or beat after adding the flour.

Scoop portions into the muffin tins dividing as evenly as possible.

Bake until golden brown, domed, and a tester or toothpick comes out clean.
