INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter – regular white sugar – brown sugar – egg - flour – molasses – honey – baking soda – ground ginger – ground cinnamon – ground allspice – salt

Mix soft butter with sugars.

Add egg and integrate until creamy.

Add molasses and honey.

Add vanilla and spices.

Mix will and incorporate dry ingredients in 2-3 parts.

Roll pieces of dough between hands and roll in sugar.

Place at least 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. 

Bake as directed and let cool before removing them with a spatula.
