EASY LEMON DUMP CAKE

Creamy lemon layer, a crunchy biscuit topping, and out of the oven in an hour. YIELD: 6 servings

OLD-FASHIONED DESSERT

ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS

Lemon pie filling  Cream cheese Cake mix (boxed) Butter

Use purchased or homemade lemon pie filling or lemon curd.

Place the lemon layer first.

Add the cream cheese pieces scattered on top.

For the topping: mix dry cake mix with melted butter.

It will be crumbly with dry spots.

Sprinkle on top of the lemon mixture, leaving space around the edges.

Bake until golden brown and the filling bubbles. Let cool on a wire rack.

Serve with whipped cream and enjoy!

Refrigerate leftovers, covered or in an airtight container to prevent dryness.
