Lemon Strawberry Blondies

These are intensely lemon-flavored bars with strawberry chunks and a finger-licking berry glaze.

You need a bowl and a whisk to mix the blondie batter.


The strawberry chunks are folded at the end with a spatula.


Once the blondies have cooled make the strawberry glaze.


Spread the pink glaze on the blondies and let it dry before cutting.


Garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices or mint leaves for color.

Keep for a day at room temperature and then refrigerate.
