The soft butter is beaten with the sugar until fluffy, and the eggs are added one at a time.
It's important to regularly scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Also called flour mixture, they are added in parts, starting and ending with them.
They are also added in parts alternating with the dry ones.
A little sour cream is added for extra moisture and great texture.
Use a spatula at the end to make sure there are no forgotten flour spots at the bottom of the bowl.
Butter and flour it well, or use a baking spray that has flour incorporated in it.
