The BEST Lemon  Bundt Cake

ATTENTION LEMON LOVERS:  This is the perfect, simple cake, bursting with lemony flavor.  It's easy to make and has a wonderful, melt-in-your-mouth crumb.

LEMON  BUNDT CAKE

INGREDIENTS

Lemon juice & zest Unsalted butter Sour cream Sugar Flour Salt Baking powder Vanilla Eggs Milk

The soft butter is beaten with the sugar until fluffy, and the eggs are added one at a time.

CREAMING

It's important to regularly scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. 

SCRAPING

Also called flour mixture, they are added in parts, starting and ending with them. 

DRY INGREDIENTS

They are also added in parts alternating with the dry ones. 

WET INGREDIENTS

A little sour cream is added for extra moisture and great texture.

EXTRA MOISTURE

Use a spatula at the end to make sure there are no forgotten flour spots at the bottom of the bowl. 

FINAL BATTER

Butter and flour it well, or use a baking spray that has flour incorporated in it.

PREPARED PAN

Follow baking instructions in the recipe card to get a gorgeous golden cake.

BAKING THE CAKE

USE A SIMPLE GLAZE AND DECORATE WITH LEMON RIND OR SLICES
