INGREDIENTS

Mix half the flour with sugar, yeast and half the water.

Add the milk, mix and then add salt, melted butter and eggs.

Add the rest of the water, mix well and then the remaining flour in 2 parts.

The batter is thick. Brush entire surface with butter, cover and let rise.

Dump onto a generously floured surface, dust with flour and roll.

Cut rounds, dipping the cutter in flour so it doesn't stick.

Stretch them slightly, dip half in melted butter and place butter side up.

Or place them directly in buttered pan if using them for sandwiches.

Make them medium or mini, as dinner rolls or for sandwiches.

The texture is fluffy and amazing!
