Aioli is a fantastic one-step, 10-minute condiment! I use Sriracha, but other hot sauces also work. We use it as a spread and a dip and for drizzling over meats, veggies, wraps, sandwiches and pretty much on everything we can.

Instructions
Stir the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic, and salt (also black pepper and honey if using) in a medium bowl until completely integrated. Taste and adjust to your personal taste.
Keep refrigerated in a glass jar with a tight lid or an airtight container for 5-7 days.
Notes
Adjust the spiciness: start with 2 tablespoons. Give it a taste test and then increase the heat if needed.Use it as a salad dressing by thinning it with more lime juice or a little water.Vegan/dairy-free: substitute the regular mayo for one that adjusts to your special diet needs.
