LEMON SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE
Mix butter & sour cream with spatular or electric mixer.
Add sugar and beat for 2 minutes until creamy & light.
Add eggs, one at a time incorporating each one well.
Don't forget to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times during mixing.
Add flavorings and mix.
Sift flour in two parts and mix well (use a spatula to avoid overdoing it).
Pour in a prepared loaf pan and bake for around 45 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes before glazing and enjoy!
