FROZEN  STRAWBERRY PIE

INGREDIENTS

Cookie crumb crust Strawberries Sugar Cornstarch Cream cheese Condensed milk Lemon juice Vanilla

You need a graham cracker crust, ideally homemade, but purchased also works. 

PIE CRUST

It takes 10 minutes to make it homemade, but you can use store-bought. Or pie filling.

STRAWBERRY SAUCE

Beat cream cheese with condensed milk until it's smooth and lump-free, then add the lemon juice. 

THE FILLING

Spread the strawberry sauce on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.

ASSEMBLING

Carefully spread the cream cheese filling on top, smoothing it out but not mixing with the strawberries.

TOPPING

Add spoonfuls of strawberry puree and lightly swirl with a knife. Freeze for a few hours until firm.

SWIRL

Serve straight from the freezer or very cold, plain or with fresh strawberries on top.
