EASY PEACH COBBLER
Easy Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
Mixed sliced peaches with sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and flavorings.
Put peach mixture in the prepared pan.
For the topping: mix flour, baking powder sugar and salt. Add butter and yogurt.
Mix until it forms a paste (no beating).
Drop on top of peaches in mounds.
Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool and serve it plain, at room temperature.
Or serve slightly warm with ice cream.
