Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup apple powder, like powdered whole apples
- 2 tablespoons apple pie spice mix, store-bought or homemade apple pie spice
Instructions
- Stir 1 cup light brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar, ½ cup apple powder and 2 tablespoons apple pie spice mix until well combined and integrated and the mixture's color is even. If it’s lumpy, pass it through a medium sieve or dissolve the lumps with the back of a spoon.
- Transfer the apple cider mix to an airtight container or mason jar. Glass is preferred.
- Store in a cool, dry place (like the pantry or a cupboard) for up to 2 months.
- To prepare apple cider, put a tablespoon of the mix in a mug or cup and fill it with hot water. Stir, taste and adjust for more powder if necessary.
